John,
So after 10 years of
carrying mail like just about everyone (I had been too cheap to dish
out the $$$$ to convert) my husband got sick of my griping about my
back. I called around and had no luck because of the 1999 Ford that
I had.

What was I thinking all these years? I should have done this a long
time ago.....
The $1300 dollars were very well spent, because my back does not
hurt anymore and i cut my deliverytime by 30min.

You left a message on our phone inquiring how our kit worked out--IT
IS AMAZING!!! First great thing is my husband was able to do all the
work in about 5 hours! He is just mechanically minded ands he was
pleased with how everything fit and went together just as your
instructions said it should. I’ve used the car all week and enjoy
the easy steering and am getting used to the pedals. Thanks for such
a great product! I showed my friends and I know one of them has
already ordered theirs after seeing how simple this was. I have also
put your flyer up in our break room and I hope more business will
come your way soon. Thanks again. I am very glad we found you and

Inside this box are the old
parts that I removed from my Jeep. Also, I would like to thank you
for your help. The kit was simple to install. I will be glad to
refer anyone I meet to you or help any one that lives in the
Washington DC area install their kit. Also, can you send another

Well, the change over
arrived last Thursday at 7:10 PM our time, the next day it was
installed. Drove it with the first mail on Saturday. Customers
thought this was a new delivery van, furnished by the post office. I
had to set them right. Every thing seems to be going OK, having
problems with the gas pedal sticking, any help on how to fix the
problem? Otherwise everything is great.

I understand the waiting
period is from 4 to 6 weeks and I don't mind the long wait. But if
you somehow can push it earlier then I would really appreciate it.

even though you were on vacation. That's excellent customer service.
